This vintage magazine rack with burgundy wooden beads, handmade in the 1960s, turns magazine storage into a small accent of colour. The open weave lets light pass between the beads, creating a rhythm that changes when viewed from the front or the side. Its curved profile holds publications while leaving the construction visible.

Placed beside a leather armchair or a pale linen sofa, it keeps reading material close at hand and frees up the side table. The burgundy tone adds depth to a sand-coloured room and works well with dark woods.
