You can start with one room through our online interior design service, with a more modest investment, or entrust us with the complete property project, including final styling and professional photography.
In both cases, we start with your budget and the pieces you want to keep. We combine contemporary design, craftsmanship and vintage pieces where they add character, always considering how each space is used day to day.

1. Online interior design by room
€195 per room · 100% redeemable when you purchase from €900 per room at Matuta Home. Prices include VAT for Spain.
You can commission the design without committing to buy furniture. For one room, you pay a €195 design fee; if you select products worth €900, we deduct the €195, leaving €705 to pay for products. The total is €900, plus any applicable additional charges.
An option for updating the decoration with a more modest investment and progressing at your property's own pace. You can begin with a pilot room or work on several rooms, keeping the elements that already work.
Send us photographs, measurements, the pieces you want to retain and your available budget. We use this information to prepare a proposal so you can consider the whole room before buying.

For a boutique hotel or rural guesthouse that needs a coordinated approach: from bedrooms to reception, lounges, the dining room or terrace, depending on the spaces included in the commission.
We begin by understanding what you want to offer your guests, how each area is used and what is worth retaining. We agree the furniture and decoration budget and develop a proposal that connects layout, light, materials and the selection of pieces.
We can work on a new property, a complete renovation or an update to furniture and decoration. Where renovation work or made-to-measure pieces are required, their scope and budget are detailed separately.
The complete service includes:
- An overall interior design concept for the property.
- A proposed layout and decoration for the agreed spaces.
- Selection of furniture, lighting, textiles and objects.
- Management of purchases made through Matuta and coordination of their deliveries.
- Support through to completion of the proposal, with visits and activities specified in the quote.
- Final on-site styling of the spaces included.
- Professional photography of the finished result at no additional cost, to present the property on its website, social media and booking channels.
The quote sets out the design fees and the minimum purchase at Matuta Home required to deduct those fees in full. It also specifies the spaces, visits, styling and photography session included. Any necessary travel, assembly and installation will be identified in the quote.
We can organise the complete project in stages, starting with the spaces that need the most attention. Each stage will have a quote specifying its spaces, fees and the minimum purchase required to credit them. The overall quote will set out when the included final styling and professional photography take place.

How we get started
1. Getting to know the property. Tell us where it is, which rooms or areas you want to work on, which pieces you wish to keep and your planned budget. Photographs and measurements help us assess the scope.
2. Choosing the service. For individual rooms, we work online. For a complete project, we prepare a quote covering the agreed spaces and services.
3. Developing the proposal. We consider the layout, atmosphere and selection of pieces. We review the decisions with you so the project responds to the property's use and budget.
4. Bringing the design into the space. With the online service, you receive the proposal to put into practice. With the complete service, we support you through to the agreed final styling and photography.
A selection that respects your property's character
An existing headboard can be the starting point for a room. A lamp, a textile or a handmade piece can complement what already makes sense. Before replacing, we consider what to retain and where to focus the investment.
In shared spaces, we look for continuity with the bedrooms while considering their particular uses: welcoming, reading, having breakfast or resting. Vintage pieces can bring individuality where appropriate; when a selection needs to be repeated across several rooms, we check availability and quantities.
In the complete project, styling and photography help present that composition coherently. The photographs can also introduce the property to the press and other tastemakers; publication depends on their editorial judgement.

Can I start with just one room?
Yes. You can commission the online service for one room and decide later how to continue with the rest of the property. It is a way of working in stages and defining the initial investment.
Do I have to buy furniture to commission the online design?
You can commission the design for €195 per room. If you buy the furniture and decoration in your proposal at Matuta Home and reach €900 per room, we deduct the full design fee from that purchase.
Are styling and photography included in the online service?
They are included only in the complete property project. The online service provides the design, visualisation, selection of pieces and one round of adjustments so you can organise the renewal.
Can we keep some of our furniture?
Yes. Tell us which pieces you wish to keep and we use them as a starting point. We advise you on their placement and on the elements that can complete the space.
How much does the complete project cost?
We prepare a tailored quote based on the bedrooms, shared spaces and work planned. Before commissioning, you will know the fees, the minimum purchase required to redeem them and the scope of the support, styling and professional photography.

Redemption conditions
The online design fee is deducted from the purchase of the furniture and decoration in the proposal at Matuta Home when the purchase reaches the minimum of €900 per room commissioned. The credit is valid for one year from delivery of the proposal. If no purchase is made, the design fee is not refunded. Visualisations are indicative of the final result.
For the online service, purchases from the same proposal can be accumulated during the one-year validity period, with one service credit per room commissioned. If you buy in stages, we will coordinate the credit before processing the orders. The minimum is calculated on the product total including VAT, before the service credit; design fees, delivery, assembly and installation do not count towards it. If the minimum is not reached, the design fee is not refunded.
For complete projects, the quote specifies the redeemable fees, minimum purchase and services included. On-site styling and professional photography form part of this service only.
