This dark oak bar stool by MUUBS brings an upholstered seat and a wooden backrest to the bar area. The arrangement of legs and crossbars keeps the silhouette open, while the grey fabric accompanies the dark grain. Designed by Says Who for the Tetra series, it integrates high seating into everyday kitchen life.

Why we chose this bar stool

We like its curved backrest and the clear distinction between frame and seat. Repeated along a bar, it creates a light rhythm that works with plain cabinet fronts, stone and pale earthenware. The Bon trays in smoked oak can complete this area, gathering the small objects you need close at hand on the countertop.
