This natural oak bar stool by MUUBS has a grey upholstered seat and a gently curved wooden backrest. The frame leaves the view open between legs and crossbars, so a row of seats does not visually close off the kitchen. It belongs to Tetra, the series designed by Says Who.

Why we chose this bar stool

We chose it for the combination of pale wood and a neutral fabric, easy to integrate alongside stone countertops, white cabinets or handmade ceramics. The backrest introduces a horizontal line that brings order to the arrangement around the bar. To complete this everyday space, Bon trays in smoked oak group small objects on the countertop and add a darker wood contrast.
