Galvanizing process of showers

1. Hot-Dip Galvanizing:
   • The watering cans are dipped in a zinc alloy at 460 degrees Celsius. This process allows the zinc to adhere to the iron like a thick syrup, protecting it from rust.
2. Drying:
   • After immersion, the watering cans are hung and dripped for 20 minutes to ensure even coverage.
3. Powder Coating:
   • The watering cans to be colored are hung from hooks and passed through a powder coating tunnel, where the paint adheres firmly to the zinc layer.
