Blonde horn and burgundy lacquer Totem hair slide

The blonde horn and burgundy lacquer Totem barrette combines the natural grain of horn with a deep-colored lacquered band. Its elongated and narrow profile allows it to hold hair with a light presence, while the metal clasp provides stability.

Why we chose it

We chose it for the contrast between the warmth of the horn and the intensity of the burgundy. It is a restrained but very well-resolved accessory: it complements simple updos and adds a touch of color without making the overall look stiff.

About the collaboration

Totem is part of the collaboration between rivêt and Mapoésie, developed in Vietnam with specialized artisans. The work with lacquer and reclaimed horn transforms each accessory into a piece with small variations, linked to manual craftsmanship and the material.
