The raffia shade, woven from plant fiber, crowns the piece and diffuses a warm, filtered light, creating an enveloping atmosphere. About Mónica Carro

Mónica Carro is a Galician ceramist whose work bridges sculpture and functional objects. Her pieces are hand-modeled one by one in her workshop, using clays and finishes that respect the living character of ceramics: unstandardized, unrepeated. Each lamp leaves her hands as a designer piece, with a real sculptural presence.
