This hand-hammered artisan stool draws its character from the textured seat: a succession of small indentations that catch the light and cast shadows across the brown surface. Its elongated silhouette contrasts with the splayed legs, leaving open space around and beneath the piece.

In a hallway, alongside a coat rack and mirror, it provides an occasional seat with a restrained presence. It can also sit in a bedroom corner where a pronounced texture is welcome. It pairs particularly well with natural linen, plant fibres and walls in mineral tones.
