This washable rug made of recycled cotton is constructed from hand-cut and hand-stitched panels. Stone washing softens the surface and creates visible tonal variations, while the seams and embroidery make the crafting process evident. The lines do not aim for perfect symmetry and provide a relaxed, tactile, and slightly lived-in appearance.

It can define a living area, accompany a bed, or create a light base in a study. Being more flexible than a pile rug, it is easy to move, fold, or reposition when the layout changes. It pairs well with wood, stone, linen, leather, ceramics, and natural fibers. Variations in tone, asymmetrical seams, and small marks are inherent characteristics of Lorena Canals' artisanal manufacturing and should not be considered defects.
