About Asterisk
Asterisque is the space where artist Estefanía brings her dreams and visions to life. She imagines alternative worlds, unreal colors, new textures, and undiscovered shapes, transforming them into ceramics. Like the asterisk symbol, which represents the hypothetical and the unattainable, Asterisque seeks beauty in the impossible, the imperfect, and what does not yet exist.
Her work is deeply influenced by her connection with nature, and her creative process is rooted in the Spanish Mediterranean. Currently, she finds inspiration in the landscape of Cabo de Gata, in Almería, where the serenity and beauty of the desert are reflected in her pieces. Each creation is a constant exploration of shapes, textures, and colors that invite reflection.
