Sculptural grogged clay side table

This sculptural grogged clay side table is shaped by hand and fired at high temperature. Its organic volume measures 32 cm high, 41 cm wide and 25 cm deep. It can be made in different clays and glazes, so the finish should be specified when the order is placed.

Why we chose this side table

We value how it provides a useful surface through an almost sculptural form. Its restrained depth makes it easy to place beside a sofa, in a hallway or in a reading corner, while its texture creates a material counterpoint to linen upholstery, wood and stone. The variations left by hand modelling allow each piece to retain the traces of its making.
