WASHING
If the garment needs to be washed, the best way to properly preserve it is to hand wash it in cold water. Always use a special wool soap or baby detergent.

You can fill a container with cold or warm water, add a small amount of mild soap, and gently rub the dirty area. Once the garment is clean, you can soak it for three or four minutes and rinse it with cold water.

It is advisable to avoid contact of the garment with hot water to prevent shrinkage or pilling.

DRYING
To remove excess water when removing the garment from the container, you can gently squeeze it, but never wring or twist the garment to speed up drying.

It's best to let the garment dry on a flat surface to prevent it from warping or wrinkling. To preserve the original color of Mamakay products, it's important to avoid exposing the garment to direct sunlight while drying.

IRONING
Alpaca fiber is delicate, and it's best not to iron garments frequently. If necessary, it's advisable to place a towel or cloth between the iron and the garment to avoid direct contact with the iron and better preserve the quality of the product.
